These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eastidaho.com (the "Site"), operated by East Idaho Media Company LLC ("East Idaho Events," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
East Idaho Events is a community calendar that helps people discover local events and lets organizers share their own. We provide the Site for informational and community purposes.
Sponsorship and advertising placements are subject to availability and to any separate agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to decline or remove any sponsorship or advertisement at our discretion. Listing a sponsor does not imply our endorsement of their products or services.
Sponsorships are advertising, not donations. East Idaho Media Company LLC is a for-profit business. Payments for sponsorships, newsletter placements, playbill ads, private show nights, and in-kind partnerships purchase advertising and recognition. They are not charitable contributions and they are not tax deductible as such. Where a production is staged with a nonprofit partner, that partner is a separate organization and any ticket revenue belongs to them, not to us.
Placement counts, impression estimates, and audience figures we share are good-faith estimates based on our own reporting. We commit to the placements described in your agreement, not to any particular business result.

The Site, including its design, logo, text, and graphics, is owned by East Idaho Media Company LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the license described above.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Event details are provided by organizers and other third parties, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or current. We are not the organizer of the events listed and are not responsible for them. Always confirm details with the organizer before attending.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Idaho Media Company LLC and its owners and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your attendance at any event listed on it.
The Site links to third-party websites and lists events run by others. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or events, including their content, accuracy, or safety.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Idaho.
